Had a cracking time! The breakfast was massive—with everything from fresh fruits to quality meats. Location's spot on too, just a stone's throw from the gondola. On the downside, found the beds a bit snug for a family of four. But overall, pure brilliant experience!

Staying at Melia Sol y Nieve offered a delightful experience with fantastic ski access just 100m away, and the breakfast buffet was truly exceptional. Enjoying stunning mountain views from the room was a treat!

The stay featured a decent breakfast with a strong selection, although some items could be fresher. The helpful reception staff made check-in smooth, and the ski lockers added convenience to our ski days. the rooms were uncomfortably warm during the winter, and the extra charges for toddler stays felt out of place in a hotel of this caliber. Lastly, the distance from the lifts was greater than advertised, making ski-in access questionable.

Room temperature regulation poses a challenge, with many nights feeling uncomfortably hot, not the cozy vibe one might expect for such a premium stay. The additional fees for spa access feel excessive at €36 per person, especially when you're already shelling out a fortune for lodging. noise from adjacent rooms and the street can disrupt sleep, making it hard to recharge for another day on the mountain.

It was just a proper fit for a city break in Sierra Nevada with great value-to-price ratio. The comfortable bed made nights much better after long ski days. Be ready for potentially long breakfast queues in the morning.
